Job summary

Magnolia Bank is seeking a Mortgage Construction Loan Coordinator to administer a construction loan portfolio, manage draw schedules, and coordinate inspections. This remote role supports timely, accurate processing within a community-focused bank.

You will collaborate with loan officers, maintain budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver strong customer experiences while navigating documentation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking experience, including loan processing or loan operations and customer service, strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email software and use of the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction loan portfolio. Process loan advances and reductions, track insurance, quote payoff figures, and apply interest payments.
• Initiate the loan set up within the loan origination system with loan specific draw schedules for complex loans.
• Construction monitoring of residential construction loans.
• Careful review of draw requests to identify possible budget problems and elevate to supervisors with recommendations for resolution.
