Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential property management or related field.
• Additional managerial experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; basic to moderate math skills.
