Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. A college degree is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in residential property management.
• Experience with LIHTC / affordable housing is preferred.
• Must read/write in English; valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain files per LIHTC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and owners.
