Job summary

CONAM Management is seeking a temporary Community Manager for Hunters Pointe Apartments in Carlsbad, CA. You will oversee operations of an affordable apartment community, lead onsite staff, manage leasing and marketing, and drive financial performance to ensure resident satisfaction and compliance with housing regulations.

The role is full-time, on-site with benefits. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service and community management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience, supervising affordable communities.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, PSH, Section 8, Senior, Rural Development is required.
• Strong leadership, financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection for apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi-family community.
• Lead and supervise on-site staff and mentor leasing and resident relations.
• Manage leasing, marketing, applications, and lease execution.
• Maintain budgets, prepare monthly financial reports, monitor expenditures.
