Iterative Health in Cambridge, MA (with NYC options) is seeking a Clinical Data Specialist - Collections - Temporary to support trial operations by reviewing EHRs and identifying potential candidates for active studies. This role emphasizes data accuracy and documentation throughout the pre-screening process.

You will build and maintain databases of potential participants, coordinate with sites, and ensure compliance with GCP and PHI handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with EHRs/CTMS/CRM tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review electronic health records (EHRs) to identify patients who may qualify for active clinical research studies.
• Interpret study protocols and eligibility criteria to determine appropriate patient populations for recruitment.
• Build and maintain databases of potential study participants across multiple research programs.
• Document patient pre-screening activities and findings in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with research sites and clinical teams to support participant recruitment initiatives.
