Dignity Health Medical Foundation, a California nonprofit affiliated with Dignity Health, is seeking a Manager of Clinic Operations. The role drives patient-centered care, staff engagement, and financial performance across the care center.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize operations, budgets, and provider support while guiding teams through change. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure service levels align with the organization's mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of healthcare management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead productive teams and work with providers.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and patient billing in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with clinic information systems and EMR platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational and financial performance of the care center.
• Coordinate staff and providers to meet patient care and administrative goals.
• Provide data analytics to support provider performance and decision-making.
