Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a Director of Clinic Operations for Cardiology in California to lead daily operations, drive patient-centered care, and oversee financial, quality, and business development activities across care centers.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic priorities, manage staff and resources, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering high-quality cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

• Five years+ healthcare management or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and patient billing within healthcare environments

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, direct, monitor and improve operations for assigned care centers
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in care center operations
• Develop budgets, forecast visits and expenses, and monitor financial performance
• Use performance metrics to drive improvements in patient volumes, satisfaction, and provider engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate provider performance and address issues
• Allocate staff, space, and resources to optimize service and coverage
