NexRep is seeking a Certification Specialist to deliver client content to contractors and format it for virtual sessions. You will re-certify existing contractors on new client information and collaborate with campaign managers to keep policies current.
Responsibilities include running live sessions, creating content, and conducting 1:1 meetings with contractors who fall behind. This is a temporary non-exempt role requiring flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Description
The Certification Specialist is responsible for delivering required client content to contractors so they can successfully provide services and meet client goals. They take content provided by clients and format for presentation in a virtual setting, adapting the content to make it interactive, fun, and engaging. They are also responsible for re-certifying existing independent contractors on any new client information.
Example -- Evening, weekend and holiday hours may be required to meet client’s needs.? Travel to NexRep headquarters a minimum of twice per year, in addition to the clients’ location for business meetings as needed is required. NexRep will reimburse for travel expenses incurred.
