Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and retirees regarding all insurance benefits.
• Conduct pre-retirement benefits counseling for retirees.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment and other insurance meetings.
• Counsel employees on life-event changes and process changes.
• Serve as liaison with insurance vendors and Benefits Admin software.
• Process monthly billing statements for all insurance vendors.
• Maintain and update insurance information in Benefi ts Admin system.
