Coach is hiring a Temporary Barista in New York to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store sales with the Coach brand. The position pays hourly plus tips and requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, sharing product knowledge, and operating espresso equipment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and authenticity.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach heritage.
• Meet sales goals by sharing beverages, food, and merchandise options.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare beverages.
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless guest experience.
