Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in Admissions/Marketing in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with empathy.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage sensitive conversations, and guide families through decision-making processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, as admissions and marketing responsibilities may require.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident move-in.
• Conduct engaging and informative tours for prospective residents and families, communicating services and care options.
• Assess the needs of potential residents to ensure appropriate placement and safety.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and families to gather documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident records in compliance with regulations and privacy laws.
• Lead admissions efforts with a focus on responsiveness and community partnerships to support census goals.
