General Notes

Please note work shift notes below.

Purpose

Management of digital documentation related to accounts payable and reimbursement expenses. Position may also assist with other duties within the department based on need, but will primarily entail computer-based work.

Responsibilities
  • Moving documents between software systems. Properly cataloging files, troubleshooting file viewing issues, and maintaining updated information on various department websites.
  • May also assist with the vendor onboarding process.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, one year of experience at the Administrative Assistant level, or high school graduation or GED, and five years of clerical experience. Acute attention to detail and ability to process a large amount of documentation with accuracy. Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, Concur, and/or IBM Content Navigator.

Hourly Rate

$30.00

Working Conditions
  • Attire - Business Casual
  • Standard Office Environment, Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation
Work Shift
  • Hours per week - 19
  • The work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Hours per day to be determined and based on need, but will fall between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Work in office required on Wednesdays. Remote work is allowed the remainder of the week.

Employment Eligibility:
