The Senior Workday Analyst provides advanced application configuration, optimization, and escalated support to ensure reliability, security, and compliance across enterprise platforms within the healthcare organization. Reporting to the Enterprise Application Manager or another IT leader, this role manages complex troubleshooting, participates in major upgrade projects, mentors analysts, and collaborates with stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
The Senior Workday Analyst contributes to strategic initiatives that enhance application performance and supports enterprise goals through best practices and process improvements.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
$100,439+ depending on qualifications
Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University-Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
