Job summary

Straight and Narrow seeks a Temporary/ Acting Program Director of Men’s Tx/HWH and Detox to oversee daily operations across our treatment facilities and community programs. The role requires coordinating with Drug Court partners, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality client care across locations in NJ.

The position offers a schedule of Monday–Friday with occasional late nights and weekends, and reimbursement may include a structured benefits package for full-time employment.

Qualifications

Must hold NJ professional licensure in their field and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily program operations across Alpha houses, outpatient and medical management programs.
Act as liaison with Drug Court Team, Probation Dept, Judges and prosecutors; travel between locations.
Ensure delivery of quality treatment in line with governing regulations and SN mission.
