Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Seattle seeks a Work Leader for Temple Facilities Management. You will supervise assistant temple facilities managers, support the Temple Engineer, and help maintain the 20,000–40,000 square foot temple complex to high standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance of HVAC, water systems, electrical, and building systems, ensuring safety, and coordinating with custodians, security, and grounds staff.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in physical plant operation and skilled trades.
• Leadership, organizational, and training skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Licensed as required by local law; Temple Recommend current.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to assistant temple facilities managers.
• Support the Temple Engineer in supervising the physical plant.
• Oversee maintenance planning using FMAT, TFIS, and related tools.
• Maintain temple complex of 20,000–40,000 sq ft.
• Coordinate with custodians, security, and grounds staff.
