Job summary

Qualifications

• Must certify in the use of required cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and, occasionally, 100 lbs with team lift.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Must understand English for safety and communication.
• Must comply with chemical handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, public areas and fixtures.
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, polishers, buffers, scrubbers, washers).
• Handle windows, carpets, upholstery, and surfaces.
• Dispose of trash and restock supplies.
• Report safety or security issues and needed repairs.
