Job summary

DentaQuest is seeking an Operations Correspondence Analyst to support the compliance team by developing and maintaining correspondence templates aligned with regulatory requirements. This role ensures content accuracy and timely template updates for utilization management, claims, and grievances.

The position requires collaboration with clients, internal teams, and the compliance supervisor to implement templates, document client requirements, and audit production samples.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Implement and revise correspondence templates per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare CRD documents reflecting contract and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate template implementation with clients and internal teams.
• Define rules to populate variable information in templates.
• Audit produced samples and translate templates as needed.
• Maintain a letter library and version control for all templates.
• Support reporting and respond to external audits related to correspondence.
