Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a TEMPEST/EMSEC-focused professional to support secure enclaves and critical infrastructure. The role emphasizes protecting classified information through assessments, system hardening, and compliance with NSA/DoD TEMPEST controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in TEMPEST, EMSEC or related fields, plus an active IAT/IAM Level II certification and TS/SCI w/ SAR eligibility. Collaboration with engineers and government stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of TEMPEST, EMSEC, cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Knowledge of TEMPEST concepts and emissions security requirements.
• Familiarity with NSA, DoD and IC TEMPEST guidance and security controls.
• Experience conducting security assessments, technical evaluations, inspections, or compliance reviews.
• Understanding of communications systems, information systems, networking technologies, and secure facility environments.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification and TS/SCI w/ SAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support TEMPEST and EMSEC programs to protect classified information.
• Conduct TEMPEST assessments, surveys, and inspections of facilities and IT environments.
• Evaluate systems for compliance with NSA/DoD/IC TEMPEST requirements.
• Identify vulnerabilities in emanations and recommend mitigations.
• Assist with design, implementation, and maintenance of EMSEC protections for classified systems and facilities.
• Support accreditation, certification, and approval processes for TEMPEST environments.
• Coordinate with engineers, security personnel, program managers, and government stakeholders on TEMPEST requirements.
