Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a Mid-Level TEMPEST Engineer to safeguard classified information through TEMPEST and EMSEC programs. The role involves assessments, design of controls, and accreditation support across DoD and IC environments.

You will work with engineers and government stakeholders, review architectures, and produce technical reports. A TS/SCI clearance and IAT II certification are required, with a strong foundation in TEMPEST principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years supporting TEMPEST/EMSEC programs
• Experience with NSA/DoD TEMPEST requirements and security controls
• Ability to develop practical mitigation recommendations for compromising emanations
• Experience conducting security assessments, inspections, or compliance reviews
• Active security clearance or eligibility required (TS/SCI preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support TEMPEST and EMSEC programs to protect classified information from interception
• Conduct TEMPEST assessments, surveys, and inspections of facilities and systems
• Evaluate systems for NSA/DoD/IC TEMPEST compliance
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Assist with design, implementation, and maintenance of EMSEC protections
• Support accreditation and approval processes for TEMPEST environments
• Coordinate with engineers, security personnel, and government stakeholders
• Review architectures to ensure TEMPEST controls are integrated across lifecycle
• Develop technical documentation and assessment reports
