Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level TEMPEST Engineer to safeguard classified information through TEMPEST and EMSEC programs. You will assess facilities, information systems, and communications equipment to identify emanation risks and implement mitigations in DoD/IC environments.

The role requires 3+ years in TEMPEST/EMSEC, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in TEMPEST/EMSEC or related security disciplines.
• Active security clearance or eligibility (Top Secret/SI) preferred.
• Experience with NSA, DoD, and IC TEMPEST guidance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support TEMPEST and EMSEC programs to protect classified information.
• Conduct TEMPEST assessments, surveys, and inspections of facilities and systems.
• Evaluate systems for TEMPEST compliance with DoD/IC requirements.
• Identify mitigations for compromising emanations and security risks.
• Develop documentation, assessment reports, and compliance records.
