Job summary

Amazon Security is seeking a TEMPEST Engineer to protect classified space and systems for government programs. You will plan instrumented TEMPEST/EMSEC testing, analyze signals, and develop the TEMPEST program and documentation to support accreditation.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 3+ years of experience, and ability to coordinate with CTTA and government authorities, as well as reading drawings and ensuring RED/BLACK separation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of TEMPEST, EMSEC, or emanations security experience.
• Hands-on instrumented TEMPEST testing with setup and measurement.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience coordinating with CTTA and government authorities.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 related to TEMPEST and construction security.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform instrumented TEMPEST/EMSEC testing on classified systems.
• Develop TEMPEST program, checklists, and accreditation documentation.
• Verify RED/BLACK separation and implement countermeasures.
• Collaborate with CTTA and government authorities on requirements.
• Read construction drawings to ensure emanations-security requirements.
