Job description

Responsibilities

You’ll handle residential and light‑commercial AC repair, tune‑ups, and IAQ work across the Valley. Truck‑based, tablet‑supported, paid for what you produce. Run 4-6 service calls a day, routed through ServiceTitan. Diagnose with proper tools — manifold, multimeter, static pressure, infrared. Quote repairs with the customer in plain English, no upsell pressure. Carry common parts on the truck so most calls close in one trip. Coordinate handoffs to Install or Home Performance when scope grows.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean MVR
• 2+ years HVAC service experience or equivalent training
• Comfortable in 110 degrees + Phoenix attics during summer
• NATE certification
• Trane / American Standard / Daikin experience
• Mini‑split installation experience
