Job summary

Menasha Packaging Company, LLC, located in Alsip, IL, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of merchandise. The role primarily operates a 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime to meet business needs. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree, with 4+ years of supervisory warehouse experience. You will lead staff, manage safety and productivity, and ensure on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Manages warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehousing to meet safety, productivity, quality and profitability goals.
Directs and manages shipping/receiving orders, loads trucks, inspects materials, and reconciles notices and BOMs for accuracy.
Manages dock traffic and ensures logistics suppliers follow policies and procedures.
Maintains month-to-month inventory of work-in-process and finished goods; manages material stocks and supplies.
Coordinates with stakeholders to meet on-time delivery and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
