Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or volunteer coordination preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Store, stage, pack, rotate, and restock food products according to storage, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Keep pick locations full and organized by restacking, rearranging, and replenishing product as needed.
• Pull large delivery orders in priority order and verify order accuracy before distribution.
• Verify pick bins, support accurate inventory counts, and research discrepancies with the Inventory team.
• Assist with product recalls and monitor compliance requirements.
• Set up volunteer work areas and activities, and manage check-in and orientation.
