Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to receive, store, and distribute food products and supplies for ANS kitchen and off-site locations. You will maintain inventory accuracy, organize storage areas, and support City Harvest operations as needed.

The role requires operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, performing monthly inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, in Commerce City, CO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and documentation.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and accurate labeling of perishable items.
• Safely operate forklift and pallet jacks; report safety concerns.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized across warehouse, refrigeration, and freezer spaces.
• Process requisitions, fill orders, and prepare products for delivery to locations.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and shortages as needed.
