Job summary

Qualifications

Experience managing end-to-end logistics in a warehouse setting.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Fashiongo) is a must.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process wholesale orders following routing guidelines and shipping requirements.
Perform cycle counts, maintain accurate stock levels, and report discrepancies.
Pick and prepare items for shipment based on daily order needs.
Pack orders securely, print labels, and coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse tools (training provided).
Review online orders, confirm product availability, and update stock on e-commerce platforms.
Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, or product availability.
Enter orders into QuickBooks and collaborate with the team to process goods.
Monitor discrepancies between physical inventory and online listings and provide updates on volume and issues.
