Job summary

RS&H is seeking a temporary Early Talent Program Coordinator to join our People team and support the TA function. The role may transition to full-time in ~6 months and offers remote, in-office, or hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities include coordinating internship programs, liaising with candidates and hires, maintaining the ATS, and assisting with TA projects. Ideal candidates have strong admin skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and five years admin experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Early Talent TA team and liaise with internal teams, vendors, applicants, and new hires.
• Facilitate next steps with prospects and candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, file shares, shared inboxes, and other recruiting tools and systems.
• Coordinate internship program events and campus recruiting activities.
• Support TA projects and process-improvement initiatives; source talent via social media, job boards, and networking.
