Job summary

Staffing Boutique, Inc. is seeking a Career Pathways Ambassador in the Bronx to engage participants, manage records, and support program operations. The role includes coordinating workshops, answering inquiries, and helping participants progress toward employment goals.

The temporary assignment lasts 4 months with strong potential for permanent employment. Compensation starts at $24/hour during the temporary period and converts to $45,000–$50,000 annually upon permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel between Bronx and Manhattan locations.

Responsibilities

• Engage current and prospective participants to support enrollment and retention.
• Manage participant information, documentation, and reporting in databases.
• Provide frontline support via phone and in-person inquiries and assist with workshop logistics.
• Support program communications and outreach efforts to ensure participant success.
