Job summary

Next Gen HR Solutions in Fairfield, Ohio is seeking a full-time, temp-to-hire team member to support both production and warehouse operations. You’ll pick, pack, label, and sort products for shipment and help move materials to keep production running smoothly.

We offer first and second shift opportunities with competitive hourly pay, no forklift license required, and a focus on safety and quality. Availability for second shift is currently open for screening.

Qualifications

• Consistent, reliable attendance—especially for second shift.
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or a fast-paced retail stockroom is helpful, not required.
• You won’t need a forklift license unless a specific assignment later requires it.
