Job summary

Next Gen HR Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Fairfield, Ohio location. You will pick, pack, label, and sort products for shipment, move materials to keep operations flowing, and perform basic quality checks according to written instructions.

The role requires reliable attendance, ability to work the assigned first shift (or second shift), and willingness to learn safety and quality procedures. Prior warehouse/packaging experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to work the confirmed first-shift schedule.
• Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or stockroom is a plus—but not required.
• Willingness to learn and consistently follow safety and quality procedures.
• No forklift license is required unless a specific assignment is later confirmed to require one.
