Job summary

Qualifications

• HS degree, or BS degree.
• GDP (Good Distribution Practice) experience is a must.
• GMP or quality-regulated warehouse experience is a plus.
• Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
• Experience utilizing Oracle, SAP, or a similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities.
• Pick, pack, stage, and distribute products in accordance with company procedures.
• Accurately receive, store, and track inventory using Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Ensure products are labeled, stored, and handled according to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate shipments and work with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
