Job summary

USCS in Bucks County, PA is seeking a warehouse associate to support facility operations, handle product, and maintain safety standards in a cold-chain environment. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work in a temperature range of +50°F to -30°F.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to facility operations through proper product handling and safety standards.
• Unload and load trailers, verifying correct stacking and pallet integrity.
• Ensure all customer product is accounted for and within acceptable temperature range.
• Identify and report damaged product, shortages, and overages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories to safeguard customer product.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with correct lot numbers and locations.
• Stack products to build pallets; tape or wrap for stability.
• Perform picking duties meeting customer service standards.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, slip-sheets, and turret trucks safely.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly equipment and work area.
