CoWorx Staffing is seeking reliable manufacturing workers for a temp-to-hire role in Easthampton, MA. You will start on 1st shift with full training, then transition to 2nd shift after you’re up to speed. Qualifications

• Proven longevity in manufacturing.
• Experience working on production lines and steady attendance.
• Able to follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Package products by labeling and sealing finished goods per specs.
• Inspect materials for quality and identify defects before packing.
• Monitor production lines to maintain workflow and escalate issues.
• Document counts and packaging data for inventory tracking.
• Support inventory control, report shortages, and assist cycle counts.
• Maintain workstation organization per 5S standards.
• Follow PPE, lockout/tagout, and chemical handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to meet daily output goals.
• Assist with machine changeovers and transitions between runs.
