Job summary

Westaff is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift in Westminster, MA, with an immediate start. The role involves reading shop orders, assembling and packing products, inspecting parts for quality, and reporting any machine issues.

You will help maintain inventory at the workstation and support production throughput. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–3:00pm) with weekly pay and opportunities for online training, as well as referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Read and verify shop order instructions
• Perform repetitive operations to assemble and pack product
• Visually inspect parts for quality prior to packing
• Notify technicians of any machine issues or irregularities
• Maintain necessary workstation inventory to support production
