Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Packer in Westfield, MA to carefully pack firearm components for shipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

You will pick and pack orders, label and box items, maintain a clean workspace, and support stock and inventory tasks while communicating with the team to keep workflows efficient.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or packing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Must be comfortable working with firearm parts in a regulated environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack firearm parts and accessories for customer orders.
• Prepare items for shipment by labeling, boxing, and verifying contents.
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines related to handling firearm components.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as stocking, inventory, and order staging as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
