Job summary

Collectors is seeking temp-to-hire Operations Associates to join our Santa Ana, California team. You will handle receiving, encapsulation, quality control, and shipping across the operation, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. Shifts: AM 6am-2:30pm or PM 3pm-11:30pm.

Requirements include strong communication, teamwork, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Warehouse/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, separate, and itemize mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items.
• Verify service type with payment and eligibility.
• Enter item information into the database and print stickers with order details.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Problem Orders to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales for special deals and pricing.
• Encapsulate and seal comic books.
• Inspect assembled parts and products for defects.
• Sort orders by return carrier service and verify accuracy.
• Package orders and process shipping with carrier.
