Litigation Attorney – Temp to Hire

Our team is partnering with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term home with a collaborative, high-performing legal team.

Base Pay Range

$90,000.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Manage depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Work directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and case updates.
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure timely and accurate case management.
• Evaluate case strengths, risks, and settlement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in Georgia (in good standing).
• 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
