Job Summary:

As aTemp-to Hire Call Center Representative youwillbe responsible for answering inbound callsregardingchild support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment.Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures.Gatherinformation andresearch/resolve inquiries.Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
