Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience (1+ year) operating manufacturing machinery in a food/beverage environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions, safety manuals, and quality control documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust primary production line machinery (fillers, cappers, packaging) per procedures and safety rules.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products, materials, and equipment to identify deviations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Document production data (output, downtime, quality results) accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following GMP and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and daily targets.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE; assist with material handling as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly.
