Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing machinery experience in food/beverage preferred.
• Able to read and interpret operating instructions and safety manuals.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production line machinery (fillers, cappers, packaging) per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on products, materials, and equipment.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Document production data (output, downtime, quality results).
• Maintain clean, organized work area per GMP and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to meet daily targets.
• Follow safety policies including proper PPE usage.
• Assist with material handling (loading/unloading).
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.
