Job summary

ShipBob is seeking temporary warehouse associates in Bethlehem, PA to support receiving, picking, packing, and general operations. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, timely processing, and high-quality shipments while adhering to safety and SOPs.

No prior warehouse experience is required; a 7‑day training program will prepare you for the role. Compensation is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with benefits and opportunity for growth within ShipBob’s fast‑growing team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for an 8–10 hour shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach above and push/pull.
• Extremely detail oriented; able to adapt quickly to changes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage new inventory, communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: deliver products quickly and accurately through warehouse processes.
• Packing: ensure quality and correct packing for every shipment.
• Other Duties as Required: assist in other areas to keep operations running smoothly.
• Safely handle, store, and distribute products following SOPs and maintain traceability.
