Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is hiring for temporary to full-time associate roles in our SICs. This position offers hourly compensation of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour and a pathway to full-time employment as operations scale.

You will join teams handling receiving, picking, packing, and other duties to ensure fast, accurate fulfillment for customers. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk 8–10 hours.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• No warehouse experience required; 7-day training program.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Pick items for shipment to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Pack shipments and ensure quality and proper packaging.
• Perform other duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product safety, traceability, and records.
