Job summary

ShipBob Northeast HUB is seeking associates for temporary roles transitioning to full-time. Compensation is $18.00-$19.00 per hour with a path to full-time employment. You will work in receiving, picking, and packing, supporting operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

There is a 7-day training program; overtime is available. ShipBob values continuous learning and empowers employees to drive improvement and growth in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior warehouse experience required; 7-day training program.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and adapt to shift needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory and own the process of put-away and system acceptance.
• Operate in picking and packing teams to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure shipments meet quality standards and follow SOPs.
• Support other duties to keep operations efficient and safe.
