Job summary

ShipBob is recruiting for a temporary associate conversion program based in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is $15.75/hr with a pathways for career growth in a fast-growing startup environment.

As part of the team, you will work in receiving, picking, or packing roles, participate in a 7-day training program, and contribute to safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment for our merchants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required. You will go through a 7 day training program!
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10 hr shift.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage new inventory, communicate arrivals and any exceptions.
• Picking: deliver products quickly and accurately to the next stage of the process.
• Packing: ensure quality of each shipment and correct packing.
• Other Duties as Required: assist in other areas to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain safety, traceability, and compliance with SOPs and product integrity.
