ShipBob is hiring for multiple warehouse associate roles at our Bethlehem, PA location. You will work on receiving, picking, and packing, ensuring accurate, timely processing of customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts include early mornings and weekends with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Stand and walk continuously for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Willing to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends.
• Extremely detail oriented with ability to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: handle new inventory, organize and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: move products through the warehouse quickly and accurately.
• Packing: ensure shipment quality and proper packing.
• Other duties as required to support efficient operations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and legality of product handling and inventory records.
