Job summary

Responsibilities include proctoring exams and providing a professional and supportive experience for students registered with Disability and Access.

Qualifications

• High school grad or GED.
• Three years of administrative experience.
• Clear communicator with interpersonal skills and familiarity with university operations.
• Excellent customer relations skills in a university/office setting.
• Reliable and consistent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk/intake tasks and support the Testing Specialist with check-in procedures, ID and exam verification.
• Ensure a professional exam administration experience for students.
• Proctor examinations as part of duties.
