Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• One year of customer service, call center, fiscal clerical or clerical related work experience.
• Candidates may substitute 30 college credits for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a call center environment during specified hours.
• Complete tax training provided by the employer.
