Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 year of experience required; professional services recruiting preferred.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change in a matrix environment.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of structured candidate interviews and assessments across designated roles.
• Evaluate candidate experience, skills and qualifications against criteria; provide clear recommendations.
• Deliver a consistent, engaging candidate experience throughout the interview process, including high-volume environments.
• Manage interview activity and maintain documentation and candidate disposition in the ATS.
• Lead employment offers in partnership with HR and key decision makers, including negotiation and extension of offers.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and external sources.
• Understand talent market conditions to support recruiting strategies and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate across Talent Attraction to support changing hiring priorities.
