Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across designated roles and manage full lifecycle recruiting for experienced hires.

You will partner with talent acquisition and HR to understand talent needs, conduct targeted sourcing, screen and interview candidates, and present qualified talent for consideration while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of 1 year of experience required.
• Experience in talent acquisition within professional services or agency recruiting is preferred.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence change.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives with structured interviews and assessments.
• Evaluate candidate experience, skills and qualifications against criteria and provide recommendations.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout interview and selection processes.
• Manage interview activity and documentations in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Lead employment offer process in partnership with HR and decision makers.
