Site Safety Inspections
- Perform routine and unannounced safety inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Identify hazards, assess risk levels, and recommend corrective actions.
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence and recommendations.
- Communicate inspection results with both internal teams and client representatives.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of safety concerns.
Site Safety Manager Duties
- Serve as the primary safety representative on assigned job sites.
- Conduct site-specific safety orientations and toolbox talks.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure safety procedures are being followed.
- Maintain all required safety documentation, including logs, permits, and reports.
- Work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to foster a culture of safety.
- Respond to incidents and near misses, conduct investigations, and assist with corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably with a safety services provider.
- OSHA 30 (Construction) certification required; CHST, STS-C, or other safety credentials preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 regulations and other applicable safety standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel between multiple job sites.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Working Conditions
- Work will primarily take place at construction sites, which may involve exposure to outdoor elements, noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
- Travel to various job sites is required; mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided.
- May include overnight or weekend shifts depending on project demands.

Salary:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour (salary will commensurate with experience)
